Whenever we come for a trip, we choose to stay at this place. The rooms are always affordable and modern. The hotel has a unique vibe that we love. Its location is awesome, super close to the harbor and Spark Arena 🌟....  

Modern looking executive apartment, nice beds. Good and perfect location, a 10-15 minute walk from Spark Arena. Superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, good services with free laundry facilities, wake up calls, and ironing. ...  

Good bang for your buck compared to other places. The bedroom was cozy and had all we needed - a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge 🛏️.

The recpetion was very helpful and efficient. The rooms perfect for the price we paid.

Very helpful staff, even at this point in time when every business is short on staff. Great location, very comfortable Queen sized bed, very clean, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing!

The fact that the poor staff didn't have enough member of their team, working. They did a more than acceptable job, were very happy to assist, but there wasn't enough of them. I felt sorry for them working so many hours, in every every role!

The hotel offers a wide range of options for continental breakfast. Our classic apartment included a small kitchen, a lounge area, and Wi-Fi. The location is magnificent, situated next to excellent shops and restaurants....

The Quadrant is in an excellent location and is a lovely place to stay. Facilities and accommodation are 4 star at a 2 star price. Staff are charming and very helpful. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

The customer service here was outstanding, and the rooms on higher floors are a good size, with very polite staff maintaining cleanliness.

We had no car so location was important. It was close to everything we required.

Very small rooms. Tiny bathroom - the 2 brm would work well for families, but did not work so well for 4 friends. Very small and no real privacy in 2nd brm.

I was very happy that our requests were met. The room was very comfortable, clean, modern and well stocked with all the necessities. The facilities were great and we enjoyed the spa after a long day of shopping!

The only minor things I can think of is that the bathroom was quite small and it would be great to provide a dish cloth/brush and I didn't realise that the hotel was located on a hill.

I had a great time here, the service at the bar area was excellent, the location is super central, close to shopping malls, and right next to cafes and shops on Queen St.

Perfectly clean, very good value for money hotel with very very good breakfasts. Decent size room and a fairly clean bathroom. Very polite property staff on the reception desk. Fast check-in, parking nearby. Great choice for trip.

Need more attention to maintenance such as dripping airconditioner, blinkink lamps - all was fixed after checking in and notifying front desk

The rooms here are well-kept and provide great value for the price, and having a kitchenette with utensils and a washing machine is very convenient.
